We're currently seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join our team as part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional to get their foot in the door and learn from our experienced team. As an Application Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our divisions by providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless transition to our new application.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, setting up their organization and user credentials in our new application
* Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
* Work closely with our development team to build organizations and users in our new application
* Assist with the migration of orgs, accounts, users, and select Orders components from our old application to our new one
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our new application, including its features, functionality, and best practices
* Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute (wpm)
* Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with end-users
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with end-users in a professional and courteous manner
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience a plus
* Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
* Experience with application administration and migration projects a plus
