About the Role

The Executive Customer Relations Analyst position is a critical component of our Global Customer Research & Solutions (GCRS) organization, reporting to the Manager, Executive Consumer Relations. As an Executive Analyst, you will be responsible for promptly and accurately responding to executive, legal, and regulatory agency correspondence and hotline inquiries within aggressive and strict timeframes. Your expertise in researching and resolving complex issues, leveraging relationships across multiple areas of the business, will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
