Position Overview – Remote Customer Support Specialist (Entry Level)

careerzynith’s Sales and Channel Enablement organization is the engine that drives revenue‑generating initiatives and product launches across our worldwide network. The Intelligent Technology Experience Projects team within this division is tasked with designing and delivering innovative sales‑enablement experiences for both customers and internal sales teams. We are seeking a motivated, forward‑thinking individual to lead the creation and delivery of a critical new product for our customers and sales staff, helping to accelerate the sales pipeline and enhance the overall experience.

In this role, you will act as the Content and Customer Experience Specialist for careerzynith’s most strategic sales enablement program. You will partner with cross‑functional teams—including Program Management, Channel Projects Development, and Customer Sales Enablement—to ensure that the right content reaches the right audience at the right time, and that the experience is seamless, engaging, and measurable.
