Job description: Entry Level Health Care RecruiterJOB OVERVIEW:Entry Level Health Care Recruiter is what we need to help us with the entire recruiting process. Posting job advertisements, doing preliminary screenings, and setting up interviews are among the duties of a Entry Level Health Care Recruiter. To ensure a seamless hiring process, you will support hiring teams, candidates, and other recruiters. In the end, you’ll assist our business in identifying and hiring the best candidates for our available positions. We would like to meet you if you have a strong interest in recruiting, are tech-savvy, and have great communication skills.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work productively in office and while remote
- Must be technically able to navigate a laptop, use Google calendars collaboratively, and other software such as but not limited to Outlook, ADP, & internal job board system
- Must have proficient typing skills, and proper phone etiquette
- Must be comfortable with high-volume inbound/outbound calling
- Must be able to use independent thought and judgment
- Must be able to navigate stressful situations
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or another relevant field is preferred
