As an Entry Level Client Relations Manager - Fully Remote, you will play a critical role in assisting existing and prospective clients within our organization. You will work with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experiences by delivering outstanding service and product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in client relations, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
- Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
