About the role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow some of our most valuable customer accounts. The mission of the Enterprise Account Manager is to create lasting, impactful relationships with our Enterprise (1000+ employee) customer base with a goal of driving net retained revenue (NRR) through renewals and customer upsells. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship building and have a strong business owner mentality.
