We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow an existing RPA team while contributing directly as a hands-on backend engineer at an AI-native healthcare platform transforming home health and post-acute care delivery in the United States. This is a dual role. You will manage people and you will write code.

The team has active RPA development in flight and needs someone who can keep execution moving, mentor engineers, and personally contribute to landing integrations into existing products. If you have a strong Python backend background, have operated in a tech lead or management capacity before, and are comfortable being both a people manager and a productive engineer, this role is a strong fit.
