Responsibilities
- Review and provide final allowability determinations on a variety of financial documents at all stages of capital infrastructure projects
- Review contracts, reimbursement requests, procurement documents and other financial documents produced by public utility systems to provide reimbursement requests
- Communicate financial and project requirements to a range of stakeholders
- Ensure that project procurement approvals have been issued in a timely manner
- Ensure costs incurred by local governments fall within the scope of what the department has previously approved
- Ensure all costs have been adequately documented and justified
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of engineering from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
