Develops and implements training programs for EMS personnel. Collaborates with local agencies to streamline communication and resource sharing. Works with hospital leadership to align EMS services with hospital protocols and standards. Monitors and evaluates EMS performance, making improvements as needed. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Manages EMS budgets and resources. Facilitates inter-agency drills and emergency preparedness exercises. Participates in community outreach and education programs. Provides leadership and support to EMS staff. Develops and maintains emergency response plans and protocols. Analyzes data to improve response times and service quality. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Excellent written and oral communication skills [Required] • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing/business plans [Required] • Ability to work well in stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitude [Required] • Strong understanding of EMS and/or Emergency Department processes and protocols [Required] • Ability to listen to, empathize with, and respond to patient, family, internal and external partner needs [Required] • Proficient computer skills and strong public speaking skills [Required] • Superior ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally with local government officials and EMS entities.
