We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced Lifecycle Marketing team. If you have hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms, and enjoy executing campaigns that engage audiences across multiple channels, this is your next opportunity! 🚀 The Role As our Email Marketing Specialist , you’ll play a key role in executing high-quality email, push, and in-app campaigns across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with lifecycle marketing strategists and managers to ensure campaigns are built accurately, tested thoroughly, and delivered on time. What You’ll Do: Build, set up, and launch campaigns in Braze, Salesforce, or similar platforms , including HTML builds, asset setup, and audience segmentation. Execute day-to-day operations for email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns. Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure campaigns render correctly across devices/browsers, links work, and tracking is accurate. Provide ad hoc support for lifecycle marketing campaigns , including push notifications and in-app messaging. Collaborate with LCM strategists and managers to review strategy, design tests, and recommend features .
