We are Cire Homes, a premier short-term rental management company based in Atlanta, GA. Our team is comprised of former Airbnb Ambassadors and Customer Service Experts, and we operate with a "Process-First" mentality.
We are looking for a data-driven Listing Optimization & Merchandising Specialist to audit and overhaul our 12-unit portfolio across four major platforms: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Expedia. We don't just "list" properties; we merchandise assets. We need someone who understands the intersection of guest psychology, SEO, and OTA algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
Your work will be structured around our Three Performance Pillars:
1. Search Dominance & Visibility (SEO)
Execute "Listing Heartbeat" refreshes to signal activity to OTA algorithms.
Optimize metadata, titles, and tags to ensure Page 1 placement.
Strategic implementation of OTA-specific promotions (Genius, Member Deals).
2. Conversion Engineering (Click-Through Rate)
Audit and curate professional photography to tell a compelling visual story.
Write high-converting, benefit-driven SEO copywriting that "stops the scroll."
Perform competitive "Comp" analysis to ensure our listings are the most attractive in their specific micro-markets.
3. Platform Management & Trust
Ensure 100% amenity accuracy and "Tag Optimization" (EV charging, cribs, workspace, etc.).
Sync cross-platform content to maintain brand consistency.
Requirements:
Technical Expert: Deep experience with the back-end of Expedia Partner Central and Booking.com Extranet (standard Airbnb knowledge is not enough).
Copywriting: Ability to write professional, warm, and persuasive listing descriptions.
Algorithm Knowledge: Understanding of how to trigger search rankings on various platforms.

Project Scope:
Initial audit and optimization of 12 existing listings.
Ongoing weekly "Heartbeat" maintenance and monthly performance reporting.
