eLearning & 508 Compliance Specialist

Savan Group is seeking an eLearning & 508 Compliance Specialistto support a federal client in delivering high-quality solutions across training development, process improvement, and broader program support activities. This individual will play a key role in instructional redesign and eLearning development, with a primary focus on modernizing mandatory training programs related to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Records Management. In parallel, the role will contribute to process development, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts, helping enhance program efficiency, standardization, and overall delivery effectiveness.

The individual will also be responsible for developing, assessing, and remediating documents and templates to ensure Section 508 compliance. This role requires hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools and remediation techniques aligned with WCAG 2.1, Section 508 standards, and ARIA guidelines.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, along with the ability to work across multiple workstreams, including training development, stakeholder coordination, and operational support. This role requires someone who can translate complex policy and technical requirements into clear, streamlined training content and repeatable processes, while ensuring alignment with Section 508 accessibility standards and federal LMS requirements.
