Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each child. - Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment. - Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. - Provide direct instruction and support in various developmental areas, including communication, social skills, and motor skills. - Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families regarding their child's development. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Special Education; Master's degree preferred. - Valid teaching certification/licensed in Early Childhood Education or Special Education (Birth-2yrs old) - Experience working with infants and toddlers with disabilities is highly desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families and team members. - Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in special education. - Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
