Role Overview
We are seeking a personable, enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Representative to join the careerzynith team. This pivotal role blends client‑facing communication, claims assistance, and policy administration. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Active insurance license in Minnesota or willingness to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating complex insurance concepts into understandable language.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive follow‑up mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort navigating insurance management software.

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits
Base Salary: $45,000+ yearly, dependent on experience (DOE).
