Director, Production

• Lead end-to-end production of physical music products (CD, vinyl, box sets, special editions), managing timelines from concept through manufacturing and global distribution (Mercury/Big Loud embed)
• Oversee vendor relationships with pressing plants, print vendors, and packaging suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally with A&R, creative, marketing, and supply chain teams to align product specs with artist vision and release strategies
• Manage production budgets, negotiate pricing, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or brand standards
• Supervise artwork production, mechanicals, and prepress processes, ensuring accuracy of packaging, credits, and legal requirements
• Forecast manufacturing needs and mitigate risks related to supply chain constraints, capacity, and materials availability
• Drive innovation in physical formats, including deluxe packaging, sustainable materials, and fan-focused collectible products
• Maintain quality control standards across all physical releases, resolving production issues and implementing continuous improvement processes
• Coordinate international production and distribution logistics, ensuring compliance with regional requirements and timelines
