- Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and use cases across a diverse portfolio
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain detailed buyer and user personas, tracking behavior and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop enablement tools, talk tracks, and playbooks
- Support the creation of thought leadership content to elevate brand authority
- Track key performance indicators for product marketing initiatives and optimize based on results
- 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of executing product marketing strategies that drive measurable results
- Strong grasp of content strategy, ABM, multichannel campaigns, and buyer journey mapping
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, WordPress, Figma, and Pendo
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Analytical mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills
