Job Description Summary

The Director of Project Management (DPM) – Imaging is responsible for leading and developing a team of Installation Project Managers, driving successful execution of imaging equipment installations across the region. This role ensures alignment between commercial objectives and operational execution, delivering a seamless, customer-centric installation experience.

The DPM operates as a senior leader across a highly matrixed organization, partnering with Commercial, Service, Applications, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to enable end-to-end project delivery. The role owns regional backlog performance, revenue execution, and installation outcomes, while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This role is aligned to the South Region in USCAN, covering the Dallas, Houston, & Gateway markets.

This position requires strong leadership capability, business acumen, and the ability to influence across functions to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers while meeting financial and operational targets.
