Develop and implement strategies to optimize the global supply chain operations of JobzMall Select.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline supply chain processes.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to proactively adapt and improve supply chain strategies.
Oversee inventory management and forecasting to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to drive team performance and development.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their supply chain needs and align strategies accordingly.
Implement and maintain supply chain risk management processes to mitigate potential disruptions.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets and forecasts for supply chain operations.
Communicate supply chain performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to supply chain management.
Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and process improvement to drive efficiency and cost savings.
Represent JobzMall Select at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about supply chain best practices.
