- Develop and define the influencer brand strategy and how it fits within the integrated communication brand plans (content generation, paid partnership, events, seeding, relationship building, etc.)
- Develop influencer content strategy and manage the external influencer content program, overseeing workflow, briefing, and asset delivery
- Develop influencer global guidelines, frameworks, and strategies that regional teams can bring to life across key global markets in a consistent, impactful, and cohesive manner
- Lead the influencer content strategy - innovative, informative, and engaging content for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns
- Use insights to iterate, optimize and scale campaigns. Build systems that make influencer performance measurable and repeatable
- Distribute insights and learnings regularly with internal teams via monthly reporting
- Collaborate with creative teams and marketing teams on 360-marketing campaigns to ensure influencer strategy is aligned with global campaigns and launches
- Identify and streamline synergies within Consumer Marketing and amplify brand awareness, brand desirability, customer acquisition and engagement
- Play a pivotal role in taking fresh to the next level as the brand expands its territory and authority across all platforms and markets by achieving KPI’s and ROI with each influencer activation
- Assist in leading the roll out a new brand platform, ensuring consistent execution
- 8-12+ years of experience in influencer marketing; beauty experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of all social platforms from functionality to advertising products
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate content effectiveness and program performance
- Solid network of influencer talent, agents, publicists, celebrities, and other industry-related gatekeepers
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to align internal and external partners swiftly
- Strong creative judgment and the ability to recognize engaging, on-brand content and influencers that align to our brand platform
- Proficient in influencer and social media metrics and monitoring tools (e.g., Tribe)
- Technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint

Expected salary: $160000 - 180000 per year
