As Director, Employee Relations & HR Compliance, you'll be the strategic force behind a fair, compliant, and people-first workplace across Sephora's FSC, Retail, and Distribution Centers. The work you do will impact beauty, as you champion a values-driven approach to employee relations and HR compliance that protects our people and empowers our business. You'll manage a team that's united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about creating an equitable, inclusive, and legally sound environment where every employee can thrive.

The annual base salary range for this position is $173,400.00 - $230,660.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
