Role Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Solutions & Customer Marketing, you will lead a high‑performing team responsible for designing, launching, and scaling comprehensive customer advocacy initiatives. Your portfolio will include executive briefing centers, advisory boards, digital and in‑person community events, and a robust library of customer success stories. You will partner closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to ensure that every customer interaction aligns with careerzynith’s strategic objectives.
