With a mission to clear a path for all students to own their future, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Director, AP Higher Education Academic Relations. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational trajectories of millions of students.

About the Team

The AP Higher Ed team at College Board is a collaborative and dynamic group of professionals who represent all AP courses to faculty and staff at colleges and universities across the country. As a member of this team, you will be an expert in public speaking and navigating individual conversations with faculty, Academic Affairs staff, and policymakers at the state level. Our work incorporates technology, utilizing tools like Zoom and other internet conferencing platforms to conduct outreach and advocacy. We pride ourselves on being ambassadors for the AP program to higher education and ambassadors of the Academy back to the AP program.

Job Overview

As the Director, AP Higher Education Academic Relations, you will contribute to a broader team focused on supporting credit policy growth for the full suite of AP Courses and Exams. Your primary responsibility will be to build on existing outreach models and design new methods targeted to the disciplines and content of new AP courses coming to market. You will work directly with external constituents and internal partners within the College Board to achieve this goal.
