Position: Digital Renewal & Customer Success Associate
Location: US - Remote

BlueVoyant is seeking a Digital Renewal & Customer Success Associate to own one critical outcome, ensuring every digital customer has a proper renewal conversation and that no renewal is lost due to process failure or lack of engagement. This junior role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes pride in process excellence and pipeline ownership. Key Responsibilities: 

Target Profile: 
1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role. You are highly organized, comfortable managing a large book of business, and motivated by hitting targets and keeping commitments. Salesforce familiarity is preferred.
