The client is a reliable Disability Support service provider that catersto the community under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) inPerth, Australia.
Purpose:
TheAdministrative Assistant with SEO Marketing Role will provide comprehensiveadministrative support to the CEO while also driving the company’s SEOmarketing strategies. This unique position requires a blend of organizationalskills, marketing acumen, and an understanding of the NDIS industry.
Qualifications:
- Previousexperience in an administrative role, with a strong understandingof SEO and digital marketing.
- Excellentorganizational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, andexceptional communication skills.
- Creativethinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proactive,self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Abilityto work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Experiencein the NDIS or healthcare industry is a PLUS.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduleappointments and maintain calendars
- Preparereports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.
- Createcompelling digital marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives andtarget audience demographics.
- Developand implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online presence andsearch engine rankings.
- Conductkeyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth.
- Optimizewebsite content, including meta tags, headers, and image alt text, to improvesearch engine visibility.
- Collaboratewith content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content for thecompany’s website and blog.
- Ensureall activities comply with NDIS guidelines and regulations
