The Role
We need someone who can handle the day-to-day execution of our marketing operations across multiple clients. This is not a strategy role — it’s hands-on work. You’ll be publishing content, managing prospect lists, keeping local listings accurate, and making things run on time.
You’ll work directly with the founder. Communication is in English, async-first with occasional calls.
What You’ll Do
Content & WordPress
• Upload and format blog posts (listicles, guides) in WordPress
• Basic on-page SEO: meta titles, descriptions, internal links, image alt text
• Ensure posts match formatting standards before publishing
Local SEO / NAP Management
• Create and update business listings across directories (Google Business Profile, Yelp, industry-specific directories)
• Keep NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistent across all listings for each client
• Monitor and flag any listing issues
Prospecting & Data
• Build and clean prospect lists in Apollo
• Run enrichment workflows in Clay (Claygent)
• Export, filter, and organize data in spreadsheets
• Follow established data pipelines — Import Yeti, FMC registry cross-referencing, fuzzy matching outputs
AI Tools
• Use Claude daily as a working tool — drafting, research, data processing, formatting
• You should already be comfortable prompting AI and getting useful output, not just copy-pasting defaults
What We’re Looking For
• Proficient in Claude (chat, cowork) Code is a big plus
• Comfortable in WordPress (you’ve published content before, not just “familiar with it”)
• Experience with Apollo, Clay, or similar prospecting/enrichment tools — or the ability to learn them fast
• Good enough English to write a clean email and follow written instructions without confusion
• Detail-oriented — typos in listings or broken links are not acceptable
• You can follow a process. When there’s a documented workflow, you execute it exactly
• Reliable internet and available during US business hours overlap (at least 4-5 hours)
Nice to Have
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B marketing
• Familiarity with Smartlead or other cold email tools
• Basic spreadsheet skills (filtering, VLOOKUPs, cleaning data)
• You’ve used Claude or ChatGPT as an actual productivity tool, not just played with it
