Our Company: Unlock The PPO is a dental consulting company focusing on revenue cycle management for privately owned start up and established dental practices. We handle insurance analysis, PPO negotiations and contracting for dental offices looking to add, streamline or drop insurance and help them strategize about the appropriate level of PPO participation for their practices. We have an excellent industry reputation and are seeking someone who values quality service with a focus on maximizing strategy for the solo dentist. We work with only privately owned practices so the focus is on quality, one on one consulting with individual dentists rather than involvement with larger group practices. We have a very long term staff, our average staff member has been with us for over 10 years and we are looking to add a new position. Job Summary: This position will manage approximately 5 new dental office clients per month and will review their office insurance numbers, present new offers, make recommendations, handle follow up and do approximately 3-4 calls with each client. All work is done remotely, there is no travel to dental offices involved and no sales are involved. Job Requirements: • A minimum of 3-5 years dental consulting specifically in the Revenue Cycle area. • Must have a high level of knowledge regarding dental PPO contracting. • Specific and detailed knowledge of direct and third party administrators and the pros and cons of each. • Proven history of working with dental practice insurance contracting, including established offices, start up offices as well as practice purchases/transitions. • Ability to work independently within our company system. • A focus on gold star service coming from a position of advocating for dental clients • Must be able to integrate into an experienced, productive, professional, friendly team of staff. We have no drama in our company and are seeking someone mature that wants to excel and operate efficiently with a great team. • Use Asana as our CRM (no experience with Asana is necessary but a willingness to learn as this is how we internally manage work flow). • Very proficient in Microsoft Products including Outlook and Excel. • Interviews will include a brief evaluation of Microsoft proficiency and dental contracting basics. Compensation/Details: Salary: $33 - $40/hr DOE Hours: Monday – Thursdays approx 8:00am – 5:00pm Mtn Time (some flexibility may be allowed to shift hours if it’s a remote position in a different time zone). Our company is closed on Fridays so this is approx 34 hour/wk position with Fridays off. Benefits: PTO, Sick Time, Retirement Plan, Charity Giving Allowance. Expected start date of 6/1/26.
