Delivery Lead – Tuning & Alerts Optimization (Archer Professional Services)
Overview
The Delivery Lead – Tuning & Alerts Optimization serves as the primary “Expert-in-the-Loop” delivery leader responsible for managing, consulting, and executing the Archer Evolv Compliance Tuning & Alerts Optimization Program.
Operating at the intersection of regulatory intelligence, AI-driven horizon scanning, and Professional Services delivery, this role ensures that client environments are continuously tuned for precision, relevance, and defensibility. The Delivery Lead partners closely with clients, internal PS teams, and compliance stakeholders to transform regulatory monitoring into a high-performing, continuously optimized intelligence capability.
This role is accountable for delivering measurable performance improvement, reducing false positives, improving signal precision, and aligning regulatory monitoring with evolving business and jurisdictional complexity.
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Delivery Leadership & Client Engagement
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Tuning & Alerts Optimization Program, from kickoff through quarterly performance reviews.
- Serve as the primary client-facing advisor, guiding stakeholders on regulatory intelligence optimization strategies and best practices.
- Facilitate client workshops, including baseline diagnostics, tuning sessions, and quarterly performance reviews.
- Translate client business changes (e.g., M&A, new jurisdictions, product expansions) into tuning strategies and Business Profile updates.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Compliance, Risk, IT, and Executive stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment to scope, service levels, and quarterly capacity models based on SKU definitions.
- Performance Optimization & Advisory
- Lead the Quarterly Optimization Model (Review, Analyze, Refine, Configure, Report) to continuously improve regulatory intelligence performance.
- Analyze alert performance metrics, including false positives, missed alerts, and jurisdiction coverage.
- Provide expert recommendations to improve signal precision, reduce noise, and enhance monitoring effectiveness.
- Guide clients in refining horizon scanning configurations, including keywords, filters, jurisdictions, and alert thresholds.
- Ensure Business Profile alignment reflects current organizational operations and regulatory exposure.
- Drive measurable outcomes tied to program success metrics (e.g., reduced false positives, improved alert relevance).
- Solution Execution & Configuration Oversight
- Oversee implementation of alert updates, configuration adjustments, and Business Profile tuning within defined service boundaries.
- Ensure all changes are aligned with governance standards, audit requirements, and client-approved priorities.
- Coordinate with technical and compliance stakeholders to validate configuration changes and system performance.
- Monitor utilization of alert allocations and tuning hours to ensure optimal value delivery.
- Maintain strict adherence to “optimization, not reimplementation” delivery principles.
- Governance, Reporting & Documentation
- Establish and enforce governance models, including roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
- Deliver executive-ready performance reports summarizing system effectiveness, improvements, and forward-looking recommendations.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including change logs, configuration updates, and decision rationale to support audit defensibility.
- Define and track KPIs/KRIs aligned to client success metrics (e.g., alert relevance, processing time, coverage accuracy).
- Ensure transparency and accountability through structured reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Content/AI teams to provide feedback on regulatory intelligence capabilities and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Professional Services teams to standardize delivery approaches, templates, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Tuning & Alerts service offering, including delivery frameworks and optimization methodologies.
- Support sales and pre-sales activities by articulating value, outcomes, and delivery approach to prospective clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert in regulatory intelligence optimization and Evolv Compliance capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services delivery, regulatory compliance, GRC, or RegTech environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing client-facing engagements and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance operations, and horizon scanning processes.
- Experience analyzing data, performance metrics, and operational workflows to drive optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executive and operational levels.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with AI-driven regulatory intelligence, content curation, or horizon scanning platforms.
- Familiarity with Archer Evolv Compliance, Business Profile management, or similar RegTech solutions.
- Background in risk, compliance, or regulatory change management programs.
- Experience delivering structured optimization or managed services programs.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights.
