Delivery Lead – Tuning & Alerts Optimization (Archer Professional Services)

Overview

The Delivery Lead – Tuning & Alerts Optimization serves as the primary “Expert-in-the-Loop” delivery leader responsible for managing, consulting, and executing the Archer Evolv Compliance Tuning & Alerts Optimization Program.

Operating at the intersection of regulatory intelligence, AI-driven horizon scanning, and Professional Services delivery, this role ensures that client environments are continuously tuned for precision, relevance, and defensibility. The Delivery Lead partners closely with clients, internal PS teams, and compliance stakeholders to transform regulatory monitoring into a high-performing, continuously optimized intelligence capability.

This role is accountable for delivering measurable performance improvement, reducing false positives, improving signal precision, and aligning regulatory monitoring with evolving business and jurisdictional complexity.
