They offer a highly flexible working environment, allowing you to be based out of their Southern or Northern California offices, or to work completely virtually via their established remote-work track (provided you reside in California).
Who You Are
The firm is looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal profile includes:
• 3 to 4 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on complex commercial or data privacy matters.
• An active California bar license (or a commitment to obtaining one immediately).
• Current residence in the state of California.
• Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional legal judgment with the ability to articulate clear legal strategies and handle multiple projects under pressure.
• A demonstrated commitment to community involvement and a collaborative mindset.

The compensation package is highly competitive:
• Base Salary: $220,000 to $240,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
• Bonuses: Eligibility for lucrative billable-hour performance bonuses as well as business development/origination bonuses.
