Key Responsibilities
- Data Input & Management: Accurately input and update critical data related to flight schedules, passenger information, crew assignments, aircraft details, and ground operations into our sophisticated database systems. Ensure all information is entered correctly and in a timely manner to support real-time operational needs.
- Quality Assurance: Meticulously review and verify all data entries for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Perform regular audits of existing data to identify and correct inaccuracies that could impact operations, passenger services, or regulatory compliance.
- Data Security & Confidentiality: Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive passenger information, financial data, and operational records. Adhere strictly to data protection protocols and privacy regulations at all times.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with team members across departments to resolve data discrepancies, investigate irregularities, and ensure data consistency across multiple systems. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving data quality processes.

Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification in data entry, office administration, or a related field is highly desirable and considered a strong plus.
- Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain quality while meeting productivity targets. Typical requirements include a minimum of 45-50 words per minute with high accuracy rates.
