- Accurately input and manage customer data into the database.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and queries by researching information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing data entry tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Expected salary: $17.75 - 24.5 per hour
