• Minimum of 6 months’ proven experience with WMS, eMedNY, TABS and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicting coding in WMS and eMedNY.
• Proficiency in and daily use of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel and Crystal Report Designer.
• Proof of 35 WPM typing speed.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and promptly.
• Ability to learn new databases and proprietary computer systems.
• Ability to prepare professional correspondence, forms or other documents in draft and final form using information obtained in the agency's databases and files.
• Ability to work well with others, including those with developmental disabilities, in an office environment.
• Professional verbal and written skills as shown by office experience with previous employers.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidentially of all information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Proven ability to complete general office duties including but not limited to filing, answering multi line telephones, copying, scanning, operating standard office machinery, e-faxing and opening, distributing and sending postal MA.
