What You'll Do
Our E2E Delivery team is on a mission to empower colleagues through transparency and real-time access to data and insights. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in achieving this vision by developing a deep understanding of transportation dynamics, driver behavior, and customer preferences. You'll create reporting and ad-hoc analyses for key stakeholders across the organization, building fact-based models, conducting root cause investigations, and working with test-and-learn methodologies to drive data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute retail experiments to test new delivery features, optimize routing algorithms, and evaluate customer experience initiatives
- Build dashboards and metrics for innovative client recommendations such as expedited shipping, same-day delivery, and contactless delivery options
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify the primary reasons for delivery delays, exceptions, or customer complaints, then develop actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence
- Analyze performance differences across stores, markets, and regions to identify best practices and areas for improvement
- Apply SQL and visualization skills to create comprehensive reports that clearly communicate investigation findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
