What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative specializing in tax software product support, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex and our client partners. - Internet Connection: Broadband connection with a minimum recommended speed of 10 MBPS. A wired Ethernet connection is required – Wi-Fi and mobile internet are not suitable for this role.
- Security: Valid, up-to-date antivirus software must be installed and running
- Audio Equipment: USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- Video Capability: A webcam will be provided (loaned for the duration of your contract) for video chat interactions
- Workspace: Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions with an organized desk area

Schedule and Availability: Your Flexibility, Your Terms

- Create Your Own Schedule: You have the freedom to determine when and how much you work
- Operating Hours: Available hours fall between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM CST, seven days a week
- Weekday and Weekend Options: Choose to work days, evenings, weekends, or a combination that fits your lifestyle
- Peak Season: January through April is our busiest period, offering increased earning opportunities
