Job Description
As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the customer support team to achieve targets and goals.
- Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to ensure high levels of service.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Train and mentor new and existing customer support staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer support or related field.
- Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus.
