Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Customer Success Virtual Assistant to become an integral member of careerzynith’s Customer Success department. Working closely with the Senior Director of Operations and the Director of Customer Success, you will provide essential administrative and client‑facing support that ensures our coaching programs run smoothly, our clients feel heard, and our service standards remain world‑class. This full‑time, remote position offers a flexible schedule (Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 12 pm CST, break, then 2 pm – 6 pm CST) and competitive hourly compensation ranging from $10 to $12 based on experience.
