As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our high-level clients and establish a relationship between them and our company. You’ll drive the success of our clients, and work cross-functionally to drive projects that optimize clients experience and enable SalesPower's growth at scale.
SalesPower is a technology and consulting company that builds financial tools and economic infrastructure and for small and midsized businesses in the coaching industry.

You’ll:
• Spend the majority of your time working with high-level clients directly over virtual meetings, messenger, groups or email to resolve the most complex issues
• Support our German-speaking clients with their challenges and help them to reach their milestones and goals
• Advocate for optimizing our products and services on behalf of our clients
• Drive initiatives and process changes to excel and scale our customer relation operations
• Have an opportunity to learn how SalesPower operates from the ground up and make a real impact on the future of the organization

• Can empathize with clients and quickly grasp the issues they’re facing
• Is curious, loves learning and is passionate about others people success
• Has strong communication skills, both written and verbally
• Is organized and a self-starter; able to scope projects and drive initiatives
• Is able to prioritize and quickly adapt to changing environment and competing priorities
• Is data savvy; able to drive insights from large data set and come up with action plan
• Strong written communication skills in business German
