Position Overview

Our Customer Service Representative role is the heartbeat of arenaxflex. You will be the first point of contact for thousands of customers and will play a critical role in ensuring that every order is processed accurately, every inquiry is resolved promptly, and every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. This on‑site position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24 to $28, plus a $2 shift differential for evening and weekend schedules. Post‑Training Shifts: Various weekday shifts available, including early mornings, mid‑day, and evenings. Flexibility is encouraged to meet personal needs while ensuring coverage for our customers.
