Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Amazon, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus

Educational Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
