In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, handling correspondence and phone calls from service members, Veterans, and their loved ones. Work Schedule and Location

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home. However, due to the nature of this role, all candidates must reside within 60 miles of one of the following arenaflex office locations: Newark, NJ, Fort Washington, PA, Moosic, PA, Jacksonville, FL, Hartford, CT, Shelton, CT, Portland, ME, or Minneapolis, MN. This requirement ensures that you can attend in-person events or address technical issues when necessary.

Training Schedule: Training will typically fall between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Work Hours: The OSGLI Customer Service Center is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. You must have the flexibility to work either of the following shifts: 7:50 AM – 3:50 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Actual shift assignments will be determined after hire. Mandatory overtime may be required during peak periods.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex is proud to offer a competitive Total Rewards package that includes:

Salary Range: The base salary for this role ranges from $39,400.00 to $58,500.00, with specific pricing based on factors such as geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits, including participation in our discretionary annual incentive program.
