POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Flex Trainer (Backup) provides training support to the Customer Service team as needed, including facilitating new hire and upskill training. This role acts as backup coverage for training delivery and is performed in addition to regular Customer Service responsibilities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate new hire and upskill training sessions as required
Support trainees during live calls by providing coaching and guidance
Demonstrate best practices by handling calls for trainee observation
Assist with troubleshooting basic technical or process-related issues
Create and maintain training materials when needed
Manage multiple tasks and conversations in a fast-paced environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong understanding of all Customer Service Lines of Business
Comfortable presenting to and engaging a group
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach others and provide feedback
Ability to multitask effectively
