**What to Expect**
As a Customer Service Benefit Advocate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and providing expert guidance on benefits, eligibility, and claims. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to and resolving customer service inquiries on the first call, addressing topics such as benefits, eligibility, and claims
* Educating customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them select optimal benefit plans
* Contacting care providers on behalf of customers for appointment scheduling and specialist connections
* Assisting customers in navigating online resources and encouraging self-sufficiency
* Researching complex health-related issues to provide accurate information and solutions
**What We Require**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
* A minimum of 6+ months of customer service experience
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Ability to work any shift between 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST from Monday to Friday, including occasional overtime and weekends
* Must reside within a 100-mile commutable distance of Greensboro, NC
