Position Overview: Be the First Line of Defense for Our Members
As a Customer Service Advocate I at arenaflex, you will serve as the first-line advocate focused on resolving inquiries, issues, and concerns for our members and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities

- Front-Line Advocacy: Serve as the front-line resolution advocate on various member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns, acting as the primary point of contact and representing arenaflex with excellence.
- Problem Analysis: Resolve basic problems by effectively communicating requested information, assessing member and provider needs, understanding the root cause of issues, and determining whether problems need to be routed to other departments for further resolution.
- Performance Standards: Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics, continuously striving to meet and exceed expectations in your role.
- Multi-Channel Support: Provide exceptional customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, via live chats, and through email correspondence, adapting your communication style to each channel.
- Documentation: Document all member and provider information and communications accurately for quality and performance tracking through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, ensuring detailed and organized records.
- Compliance: Remain up-to-date and adhere to quality standards, regulations, and all policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance in every interaction.
- Continuous Learning: Perform other duties as assigned and maintain flexibility to support team needs as our organization grows and evolves.
Qualifications We're Seeking
Education Requirements
Requires a High School diploma or GED. This is an entry-level position typically requiring little or no previous professional experience—we welcome fresh talent and are committed to training the right candidates for success.
