Your Impact
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team, providing exceptional customer support to our clients via telephone, email, and instant message. Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and instant message, resolving simple and basic support issues.
- Troubleshooting and Escalation: Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause, and escalate to the appropriate resource when necessary.
- Documentation and Tracking: Accurately document and track inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues.
- Customer Information Management: Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.
- Quality and Performance: Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
- Guidance and Mentoring: Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates.
- Other Related Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll need:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years of age or older.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Typing Speed: Typing 25 WPM.
- PC Operation and Navigation: Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
- People Skills: Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Composure and Objectivity: Ability to stay composed and objective.
