Our remote team consists of 8-12 dedicated agents, supported by a supervisor and managers who are committed to your success.

While you'll be working remotely, you'll never feel isolated. We maintain regular team meetings, ongoing training sessions, and open lines of communication to ensure everyone feels part of the arenaflex family. The surrounding noise level in our virtual workspace is manageable, and we provide the tools and resources you need to succeed.

Compensation and Benefits

We recognize that our people are our most valuable asset, and we're committed to providing competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $15.35 to $23.05, depending on experience and qualifications.
