Responsibilities
- Support problem-solving efforts by helping senior leaders define key issues, develop hypotheses and create recommendations
- Identify and incorporate relevant data to inform strategic decisions
- Convert strategy into roadmaps, business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring alignment and execution
- Identify the short and long-term impacts of key strategies by assessing qualitative and quantitative data
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of full-time work experience in strategy consulting, corporate/business unit strategy, or analysis
- Analytical skills (ex: quantitative analysis and research, stakeholder management, and financial modeling)
- Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development
- Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems
- Passion for Humana's focus on value-based healthcare for seniors
- Exposure to the healthcare industry
