Job Description:
• Review and negotiate complex commercial leases
• Advise on lease amendments, renewals, expansions, and terminations
• Lead legal support for real estate acquisitions and development projects
• Advise on compliance with environmental health and safety laws
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams on real estate strategy and risk
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of combined experience in commercial real estate and environmental health & safety (EHS) law
• Active admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating commercial leases
• 3+ years of experience supporting real estate transactions and due diligence activities
• 2+ years of experience advising on workplace safety regulations
• 2+ years of experience counseling cross-functional stakeholders
