Description
The Corporate Counsel supports the day-to-day legal needs of Hyper Solutions by managing a broad range of commercial, operational, and corporate legal matters. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and HR to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance while helping the organization move efficiently and manage risk appropriately.
This is a hands-on role for a lawyer who is comfortable managing a steady flow of contracts, exercising sound judgment, and developing into a trusted internal advisor within a fast-growing, operationally complex business.

Compensation
The anticipated minimum hiring range for this role is $140,000 -$165,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, and location. This hire will be eligible for a discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
