Salary: $36,000 - $60,000 USD (Depending on experience) + 10% profit share on campaigns you run

He is also an accomplished freelancer, delivering exceptional results in conversion rate optimization, copywriting, and email marketing. Joey is passionate about continuous improvement, applying this mindset to enhance paid social strategies, long-form copy, and conversion funnels.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Copywriter for Ads to join our growing team. The ideal person for this role has a deep expertise in direct response copywriting and a proven track record of developing scripts and messages that don't just look good, but convert. We need someone who lives and breathes high-performance messaging—someone who can look at a failing campaign and identify exactly how to improve the results through sharper hooks, more persuasive angles, and psychological sales triggers. This is a great position for someone with 2-4 years experience who wants to level up their game by mastering the art of selling through video. Since we invest our own capital and get paid on performance, we need someone who thinks critically and finds innovative ways to grab attention—not just someone who follows a playbook. A willingness to learn all you can and continually improve is much more important than years of tenure.
