Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate multiple research projects for faculty associated with the Vermont Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Unit to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- This includes managing staff, coordinating field work, equipment maintenance, data management, budget management, and completing reports to funding agencies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with one to three years of related experience
- Field work experience
- Data management experience
- Ability to complete CITI training for working with animals in research settings
- US Coastguard Motorboats Operations Certification
- Experience with large datasets
- Experience with environmental observing equipment
- Experience with grant management
