Job Title: Controller 
Employment type: Full-time  
Location: Remote. This is a remote role open to candidates currently residing in the United States and authorized to work here. We have a preference for applicants based in: AL, CO, FL, IL, IN, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA. 

Industry: Construction 

Reports to: Finance Director 
Salary Range: $90,000–$150,000/year (based on experience) 

Summary of action:  

We are seeking a hands-on, “turnkey” Controller who can step in and confidently run the day-to-day accounting function with minimal oversight. This individual will be accountable for the integrity of our financial data, and will serve as the primary point of contact for audits and tax cycles. 

This is not a passive reporting role; this is an operator who understands the numbers, owns the details, and ensures everything ties out.
